For instance, to address and mail a letter-sized item will cost you 39 cents, plus your time. We can send your item via presort standard class for about 26 cents per item, on average, which includes the cost of our basic mailing service and postage. You save 13 cents per item—an incredible saving!

   To help you eliminate undeliverable addresses from your mailings and to keep your postage costs down, we use CASS address correction and offer Delivery Point Validation (DPV) at no extra charge.

   We license mailing lists customized to suit your particular marketing requirements. Lists are licensed for unlimited use for a one-year term. We have access to literally millions of US individuals and businesses in our databases. Our mailing list data is compiled, checked, and rechecked. Information is added, modified, and deleted. All this is done regularly, employing numerous methods to ensure our data is the most accurate, up-to-date mailing list data available.
   

Estimated Pricing
There are a few basic charges in any mailing, the mailing services, the postage and the drop fee. Other charges may apply depending on the complexity of your project. Mailing services includes address correcting your mailing list, eliminating duplicate addresses, performing postal presorting, inkjetting the addresses, use of our permit/indicia and dropping the mailing off at the USPS's bulk mail center. The postage, whether based on non-profit, standard or first-class rate is billed to you at cost. The drop fee depends on the USPS bulk mail center we bring your mailing to.

All estimated costs shown are per piece for mailings up to 10,000 pieces. All estimated postage rates shown assume your addresses qualify for 5-digit automation rate presorted mail which is an optimum scenario for any mailing. 3-digit automation, ADC, Mixed ADC, presort and single piece rates will increase postage costs accordingly.
